About Me / Bio:

Kelley Kesterson | Certified Short Sale Expert™
Broker & Owner | Pathfinder Realty | Newnan & Atlanta Metro, GA

I wear a lot of titles in life — wife, mom, daughter, friend — but professionally, I’m a problem-solver at heart. After earning my Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Tech, I returned home to Georgia and found my calling in real estate in 2006 while helping my dad in the business. What started as a helping hand turned into a full-time career and eventually led me to open my own brokerage, Pathfinder Realty.

Over the course of more than 2,000 successful closings, I’ve built deep experience in traditional residential sales, REO and investor-owned properties, and distressed assets. That background naturally led me to expand my expertise by earning the Certified Short Sale Expert™ (CSSE) designation — specialized training focused on navigating one of the most complex and emotional areas of real estate.

Short sales are about more than paperwork and negotiations. They often involve families facing financial stress and big life changes. As a CSSE, I guide clients through the entire process — from determining eligibility to preparing lender packages and negotiating with servicers and investors. My role is to be a steady, knowledgeable advocate who brings clarity, strategy, and compassion to every step.

I believe strongly in the Golden Rule in business: treat others with the same honesty, respect, and transparency I would want for my own family. Whether I’m helping a homeowner explore options to avoid foreclosure, working with a buyer pursuing a short sale opportunity, or partnering with an asset manager on a portfolio of properties, integrity always comes first.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me spending time with family, enjoying the outdoors, or turning wrenches with my husband restoring classic cars. Every now and then, I even take my ’99 Mustang Cobra out for autocross — a hobby that keeps life fun and balanced.

Real estate is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make. My goal is simple: help you move forward with confidence, understanding, and a plan that truly works for you.
