I was VERY impressed with the depth and thoroughness of this course. I had wrongly assumed that I would complete this course in just one quick sit down, but soon realized that this was a college level course and does take a firm commitment but the knowledge learned here is a game changer to your real estate career! This course not only educates about short sales, it also teaches you how to market and expand your business and literally gives you all the marketing materials and templates in all sorts of different media as part of this course. Short Sales are coming back strong, the timing of this course could not be better. If your serious about your career in defaults, this course needs to be in your arsenal. I can't recommend it enough.

The material in this course is second to none. As an experienced short sale and REO agent I found it to be thorough, and great review and even learned what’s going to be different this ‘go around’. Excellent course!
