CSSE Courses.(“Certified Short Sale Expert, NRBA, National REO Brokers Association,” “we”, “our” or “us”) operates the Services. This Policy supplements and is governed by our Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy are defined in our Terms. The Terms describe how the Services work in general and its conditions and requirements of use.

2. Information you provide
You may use some Services without providing any information about yourself. However, to use some aspects of the Services, we will need information about you, such as if you:
Purchase our courses, content or services
If you make purchases, we collect certain data about your purchase (such as your name, email address, billing address, and ZIP code and credit card information, ip address, cookie ID’s) as necessary to process your order and which may optionally be saved to process future orders. You must provide certain payment and billing data directly to our payment service providers, including your name, credit card information, billing address, and ZIP code. We may also receive limited information, like the fact that you have a new card and the last four digits of that card, from payment service providers to facilitate payments. Information you provide may include your name or email address (“personal identifiers”).
We generally don’t collect (or want!) your sensitive information, and we strive to limit the amount of sensitive personal information we collect. In the event you provide sensitive personal information to us, we use it only for our operational business purposes, and we do not disclose it to others for any other purposes.
Learning data
When you access content, we collect certain data including which courses, assignments, workspaces, and quizzes you’ve started and completed; content and subscription purchases, subscriptions; completion certificates; badges; and other items submitted to satisfy course and related content requirements.
Account profile data
You can also choose to provide profile information like a photo, headline, biography, language, website link, social media profiles, or other data. Your Profile Data will be publicly viewable by others. In order to use certain features (like accessing content), you need to create a user account, which requires us to collect and store your email address, password, and account settings. As you use certain features on the site, you may be prompted to submit additional information. For example, you may choose to provide your phone number for authentication purposes or information relevant to your professional or learning interests, including occupation and skill .
Contact or communicate with us
If you contact us for support or to report a problem or concern (regardless of whether you have created an account), including through the AI virtual assistant, we may collect and store your contact information, messages, and other data about you like your name, email address, location. We use this data to respond to you and research your question or concern.
Subscribe or opt-in to our newsletters, alerts, or other communications
By providing contact details, you may receive transactional messages and where permitted-marketing communications from us and our partners. You can opt out via unsubscribe links.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use each of the categories of personal information described above for the following business and commercial purposes. The activities below can involve outside companies, agents or contractors (“service providers”) to whom we disclose your information for these purposes.

These purposes include performing the contract that you have with us, as embodied by our Terms, which advance our educational interests and yours. For instance, if you order products from us, we use your information to complete your payment and provide your course product to you.
- Business purposes: Most often, we process your information for operational reasons, in a reasonably necessary and proportionate manner (i.e., for business purposes under CCPA). For instance, we want to continuously improve our offerings, we may suggest course content we think might interest you and promote our own services.
