No-Refund Policy for CSSE Digital Courses

Important Notice: By purchasing and accessing any CSSE course, you acknowledge and agree to this No-Refund Policy. All sales are final, and no refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.

Why No Refunds?

  • All CSSE courses are 100% digital products accessible and delivered instantly upon successful payment via secure online access (e.g., login credentials ).
  • Once payment is processed, you immediately gain full and irrevocable access to the course materials, including videos, downloads, and resources. This access is permanent and non-revocable.
  • Digital content cannot be “returned” like physical goods because providing a refund would allow retention or duplication of the materials, which violates our intellectual property rights and business model.
  • We do not offer trials, previews, or partial access before purchase—full content is unlocked only after payment to ensure fair value delivery.

No Refunds, Credits, or Exceptions

  • ALL fees are non-refundable. This includes full or partial refunds for any reason, such as change of mind, dissatisfaction, technical difficulties, or perceived lack of value.
  • No credits, downgrades, upgrades, or store credit will be provided.
  • All sales are final. Purchases cannot be canceled or reversed once access is granted.
  • Courses are non-transferable. Access is tied to your individual account and cannot be shared, resold, or transferred to another user. Unauthorized sharing may result in account suspension and legal action.

What If I Have Issues Accessing the Course?

  • If you encounter technical problems (e.g., login issues or platform glitches) within 48 hours of purchase, contact our support team at  CourseAdmin@CSSECourses.com  with your order details. We will provide reasonable assistance to resolve access issues at no extra cost.
  • Support does not include refunds, content changes, or personalized coaching. Repeated or unfounded support requests may be denied.
  • After 48 hours, or if access is confirmed via our logs (e.g., successful login), no further assistance or remedies are available beyond this policy.

Disputes and Chargebacks

  • We strongly discourage filing chargebacks or disputes through your payment provider (e.g., credit card company or PayPal) for accessed digital content, as this constitutes a breach of this policy and our terms of service.
  • Evidence of purchase and access (e.g., timestamps, IP logs, and email confirmations) will be provided to your payment provider to contest any invalid claims, which may result in your payment method being flagged or banned from future purchases.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account termination, collections action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Your Agreement

  • By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this No-Refund Policy.
  • CSSE Courses are billed on your credit card statement as a charge from National REO Brokers Assn which provides the course content.
  • This policy is part of our overall Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. It is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • We reserve the right to update this policy with notice via email or on our website. Continued access to your course after updates constitutes acceptance.
